Questions, answered
When do I get paid?
Gift cards are issued once the client's deposit clears. On larger tiers the reward is issued at job completion. Work credits are opened as soon as the job is signed and the deposit is received.
Can a realtor take the work credit?
Yes. Realtors and property managers can take either the gift card or the work credit, and the credit can be used on their own home or on a property they own.
How long is a work credit good for?
18 months from the day it is issued. One credit per job, and each tier has a minimum job size so the credit works as a real discount rather than a free job.
How many people can I refer?
There is no cap. Every signed job earns its own reward, and each one is tracked separately in your partner dashboard.
Do I need to use a link?
No. A link makes tracking automatic, but a phone call or an email with their name works just as well. Tell us who sent them and we will tag it.
What counts as a qualified referral?
Someone who is new to us and signs a job of $2,500 or more. Quotes alone do not qualify, and the referral has to come in before they contact us on their own.
The fine print
- The referral has to be a new client to us, and the job has to be signed (not just quoted).
- Gift cards are issued once the client's deposit clears. Larger tiers are issued at job completion.
- Work credits are valid for 18 months, one credit per job, and cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Realtors and property managers can take the work credit and use it on their own home or a property they own.
- Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Our own team members receive a gift card or a charitable donation instead of a work credit.
- There is no cap on how many people you refer.
