Plan questions

Are checks really monthly on every plan?

Yes. Every plan includes a monthly on-site check of the property and all sensors. Apex adds a second visit every month.

How do island and boat-access cottages work?

Sentry is built for them. Monthly checks run until the boats come out of the water in the fall, and the first check happens as soon as boats are back in the spring. Sensors keep watching all winter.

Is there a setup fee?

Yes, a one-time install covers the hub, sensors and setup. We'll quote it with your plan.

Can I cancel?

Monthly billing can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Annual billing locks in the lower price for 12 months.

Do prices include HST?

No. 13% HST is added and shown separately on every invoice.

What size property do prices cover?

Prices shown are starting prices for a typical cottage. We confirm your price at the free walkthrough, before you pay anything.
